Boniface brings operational leadership across infrastructure deployment, ESG strategy, and technology programme management. His background spans complex, multi-stakeholder project delivery in the Kenyan and East African market — directly applicable to the ground-up development of the Ruiru facility.

As COO, Boniface owns the 40-milestone execution roadmap from site selection through to commercial launch in Q4 2026, leads investor relations in an acting capacity, and manages government, regulatory, and utility partnerships — including KPLC grid access, Communications Authority licensing, and NEMA EIA processes.

Mutuma brings deep expertise in ICT architecture, public-private technology programmes, and digital infrastructure policy. His technical background spans cloud systems design, network engineering, cybersecurity frameworks, and the regulatory landscape governing Kenya's digital infrastructure sector.

As CTO, Mutuma leads the full technical specification of the Ruiru facility — including Tier II/III design, power architecture, cooling strategy, network and carrier integration, and DCIM systems — and manages all technical engagement with investors, equipment vendors, and strategic connectivity partners.
